xffm: associate .pdf.gz with gv

Hello,

I again. Do you know any possibility to assoziate .ps.gz (and only this,
not .gz in general) with gv? If I edit the .xfce4/xffm/xffm.reg manually
and insert

        (.ps.gz) (gv) ()

then xffm still asks me which application he should use. In the context
menu, gv is listed but if I choose it I still ge the `Open with' line.
