Questions for the Panel

Hello,

I just downloaded xfce4 (debian unstable version) and I'm very
impressed: looks good, easy to use and quick.

But there are a few things that I don't like:

1. If I click on the desktop switcher in the panel, the panel is focused so
   I have to re-focus the window I want to work. Is there any possibility
   to change this?

2. The placement of new windows is that they can cover the panel. Is
   there any possibility to make the panel shrinking the workspace?

3. The Alt-Tab changes to the panel, too. Is there any possibility to
   exclude the panel from Alt-Tab.
