New panel item: separator.

Hi all,

I just added a separator item to the panel code. It was originally
contributed by Ejvend Nielsen (aka Prophet).

Anonymous CVS has a delay of 24hrs, but a tarball is available here:

Note for translators: There is exactly one string change, the addition
of "Separator". 

I changed the default config to make use of the new item and removed the
separators from the pager item.

Please report any bugs to one of our mailing lists. It should work for
all sizes and orientations.
