xfce icon background transparency question

Thanks very much, Olivier and Edscott --

This worked, of course.  I had not updated my xfwmrc file when I
updated from v. 3.8.10 to v 3.8.18, and the old xfwmrc apparently
didn't have this entry.  I should have checked, sorry!
