xfce panel, add icons to the theme

Thanks, but I asked another thing.

Is it posible to "add icons to the themes" ?
Therefore, in the launcher properties Icon dropdown list,
we can have more than the predefined images (Editor, File Management, 
Utilities, etc).

I tried to add icons to /usr/share/xfce4/themes/Noia or 
/usr/share/xfce4/themes/Crystal,
but the new icons did not comeout in the dropdown list.
