I cant compile anything

I haven't been able to compile anything since yesterday when I tried to 
compile the 2.6 kernel and I got an error now when ever I try to compile 
something I get errors here are some of the errors I have been getting:

can anyone tell me what is wrong????
BTW I'm using kernel 2.6 test11  with gentoo installed from stage 2
