I did it.  Finally. I had to recompile xfce4-datetime. Added about 3 
lines, but it took me 2 hours, cause I don't know C too much.. shame 
on me. 
P.S. (check out  gtk_calendar_display_options(cal,flags)) 
and /usr/include/gtk-2.0/gtk/gtkcalendar.h
