RC3 Debs

I received an email from another list informing me of new debs for rc3 
at madkiss

deb http://people.debian.org/~madkiss/xfce4/4.0.0+rc3 ./
deb-src http://people.debian.org/~madkiss/xfce4/4.0.0+rc3 ./

I can't get them using apt-get. 

Help, I deleted my old ones because of a reported conflict, but now can't get the new ones!

Is this self resolving or should I do something besides wait?
