Activating goodies

Thanks for the reply, Paul.  However, I am getting the "No such file or
directory" message.  I went in and it is not there.  Do you perchance
mean ~/.xfce4/xfce4rc?

It's in the ~/.xfce4/xinitrc ....

Don't forget to chmod a+x ~/.xfce4/xinitrc
..to enable the execute bit of the file... ;)
