Wish: Maximize Vertically

I saw the setting to determine what happens when you double-click the
title bar of a window. It's been a long time since I used KDE, but I
really appreciated an option it provides: Maximize Vertically. I often
want a window the "normal" width, but full height. This option made it
easy to do.
