New Taskbar Feature

I finally got the new 4.0 (well, 3.99.2) .debs installed with Brian's
help. I'm delighted to see that the taskbar no longer stacks the
instances (if that's the right word) of each program, but rather gives
each its own place on the taskbar. That is =so= much more convenient for
moving from one thing to another.
