problems with xfce4 panel

Recently I've changed my gtk2 theme to Yattacier (taken from
http://art.gnome.org/themes/gtk2/475.php) and since that xfce panel
seems to have some serious problem, just crashes while starting.
Moreover, it affects most of pixmap based themes (with other themes
panel works correctly). Is it some known bug or misbehaviour?
