xfce copy & paste

My mouse has only 2 buttons. The third in the middle is a whell.
I heard about 3 buttons emulation but don't know how to turn it on.

Unfortunatelly, I'm using XFCE Term and Aterm :(

But at least there is a hope. I'll try to find the mouse 3rd button 
emulation.
