unable to compile libxfce4util

Hi all,

Well, I'm almost close to having the xfce4 desktop.  I keep hitting the
following error when I try to compile libxfce4util:

Makefile:262:*** missing separator. Stop.

I'm not sure what this means.  Does anyone know?
