XFCE Rc 2 not starting

Uuumm...I just ran everything normally, no special prefixes (Wasn't needed when I installed RC1 when it came out). I downloaded the seperated files and compiled them in order as described...also when I type whereis startxfce4 it indicates that there is no startxfce4-command avilable
