docking and icons of fm

first sorry for my poor english ;)
second is for the developers of xfce:

you do a great work, i love xfce4! nice gui, very fast not too big, wonderfull
but can you add an docking option? its realy recommend for me!
and "cooler" icons for the filemanager or can you post some links for it?

PS: what must i wrote in my .xinitrc to start the complete xfce? i start 
with "startxfce4" but i think via the .xinitrc is bether (faster?)
