Using xfwm4 as a standalone wm

	In order to do that you need to run a panel or menu program or the
like.  Oh, wait...  That's what xfce4 is all about, isn't it.  You could
probably run GNOME panel on xfwm4 but you'd still be missing desktop
icons and root menus is my guess.
