It's not restricted in any way. The Listserv may automatically drop
addresses that bounce.

There also could be a misbehaving spam filter in the way. I'd suggest
that you send mail to xfce4-dev-owner at xfce.org for help in debugging
Listserv problems. He could tell you if 

a) your email id was bouncing

b) mail is being sent to your id which you're not receiving.
