xfce4-dev

[Philip Webb]

for some unknown reason, i was dropped from the xfce4-dev subscribers
during the month of July.  i'm not a developer,
but was very interested in following activities & plans for XFCE 4 .
last night, i resubscribed via the WWW site,
but so far have not received the usual "please confirm" notice.

is xfce4-dev restricted to programmers?  if so, it should not be.
