OK... My problem is gone...
Had to make the $HOME/.xfce4/xinitrc executable (chmod x)...
I took the hint from the startxfce4 script wich had a -x before the
xinit, so i suppose that this tells to execute xinitrc ONLY if the
execute bit is set...
Aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh! Relief!
