 /usr/share/icons  sb there; otherwise, the Xfce path above is ok
only if you compiled Xfce yourself & installed it in  /usr/local ;
on my machine, it was installed as part of Mandrake 9.0 ,
so the path is  /usr/share/xfce/icons , which has lots of icons.

that wb nice: the Xfce3 desktop icons are rather ugly.
