I cannot change windoow, I have to go to file, exit to close the window so I can view any other open window....why is this so? Another thing is to change my desktop from 1 to 2 or 3 or 4...this does not work.

Ahhhh....I just tried it again. I logged out of icewm and got to the console. Instead of going into my .xinitrc file and changing exec icewm to exec xfce, I just typed startxfce at the console. Everything seems to work now.......I will explore some and see what happens.
