hmmm ... sorry. Use the following (it is one line, wrapped for
readability):

cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous at cvs.xfce.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/xfce co
xfce-devel/xfdeskmenu

BTW, XFDeskMenu is primarily meant for xfwm4. While it will work with
any GNOME-compliant WM (ie xfwm3 with xfgnome running), some
functionality like theme management will not work.
