	There are a ton of new capabilities in 3.8.18, most enjoyably the new
task bar.  There's a changelog somewhere around.  Check Edscott's cvs
build(s) and I'm sure it'll be in there somewhere.

	Oh man, I can't keep up with this one at all.  There's a xfce4-devel
list that you can look at for some info.  The list archives should be up
somewhere.  Chuck?
