Taskbar?

Hi All,

     I just upgraded to 3.8.18 (rpm -Uvh xfce-3.8.18-1.i386.rpm
gtk-xfce-engine-2.0.10-1.i386.rpm).  Run great.  Thank you

     I do not mean to ask too stupid of a question, but where
is this task bar I have been hearing about?  (My screen look
exactly as it did before.  Yes, I ran the update.)
