xfce-3.8.18-1 bug? Maybe?

Is this a change that happend between 3.8.14c and 3.8.16 or 3.8.18(CVS)  I know on my 3.8.14c I could move border-titleless windows.  Would it be possible to make this enableable.  Or maybe give me a general hint at which source file I could edit this out of.  (I don't mind playing in the code if I have an idea where to look) As it is, there is no way at all to move a borderless titleless window, which seems like a less than useful feature.

Thanks for the information Olivier!  XFCE is still the best thing out there!
