Next taskbar generation

I didn't know about WindowListSkip feature (maybe it would be good for me to
start from reading through xfce manual ;-). I will fix that bug in taskbar
ASAP.
Regarding close/kill app on right-click: it's planed for next taskbar
release. For more details look at first 'Next taskbar generation' mail
