Debian menus

The code for generating a debian menu structure in the user menu is in
xfmenu. I don't know if it's always added to the setup dialog. Adding
this to your ~/.xfce/xfwmrc file might work:
AddToMenu "InitFuntion"
+ "I" Module xfmenu -debian
AddToMenu "RestartFuntion"
+ "I" Module xfmenu -debian
