Who wants a taskbar in xfce ? Well, it's in the CVS !

The problem with doing autogen.sh is that everything winds up in
/usr/local wheras I I need xfce to overlay whats in /usr.

I got a usable install by doing what Jasper reommended
1) remove last line of configure.in
2) ./configure as usual
3) make
4) make -k install-strip

Granted the po stuff hasn't been handled properly.  You need to work
on this a little more before it's ready.

The taskbar seems to work as advertised.
