Cannot scroll virtual terminal

  As a follow-up, I replaced the call to xterm with one to rxvt. That gives
me a nice scrollbar that works. Of course, the xterm functioned properly
before so I don't know where the problem could be. But, we'll stick with
rxvt for now since it works.
