xftree dnd features ready.

I believe the drag n drop and cut+paste for xftree at CVS is done now. You can 
drag+drop or copy/paste to/from xfsamba. (Very useful for freeBSD 4.4 where 
you cannot mount windows shares). Also, if xtree receives a drop or paste 
from a filemanager  window that is running on a different host, it will 
retrieve the file(s) by scp or rsync according to "preferences". The drop 
need not come from xftree. Just about any other filemanager works, but 
copy/paste operation should be from another xftree.
