questions regarding the panel

This is not a neccessary thing as it is purely cosmetic.  I was wondering if you can animate the panel icons like the Apple computer "finder" bar.  It is not a big deal but I really like it. When you scroll over an icon on the panel bar, it raises up.  

Is this possible with Xfce?
