Thanks Chuck and Neal. I don't know why it doesn't work here, but my
system (xfce-stable as of a few weeks back) does not read
~/.xfce/xfwmrc. I almost went nuts trying changes, but then I noticed
the man entry, and I put the entry in ~/xfwmrc.
Go figure.
