I can't seem to get any of this to work. I have the taskbar clipped
off separate, and it comes up right where I placed it, but other stuff
I put in ~/.xfce/xfwmrc seems to be ignored.

For example, I have (in addition to the other defaults)

Style "*" NoIcon
Style "*" BorderWidth 5
#Style "xfce" StayOnTop, AllowFreeMove
Style "XFce Main Panel" StartIconic, NoIcon
Style "xdaliclock" NoTitle, NoBorder

The panel appears regardless, and when minimized an Icon appears.
Also xdaliclock ignores its specifications (title and border are
present)..

Any clues?
