It seemed to me sort of silly for 'Popup Menu' to appear in the taskbar when I invoked a popup menu, so I put Taskjar Popup* in my ~/.xfce/taskbarrc and it doesn't any more. Maybe that should be in the default taskbarrc? Patrick -- Patrick Wiseman pwiseman at mindspring.com Linux user #17943
