i am trying to install 3.8.18 from source on mandrake 9, but i get this error when trying to run checkinstall or make: cd . && /bin/sh /usr/src/xfce-stable/missing --run autoconf FATAL ERROR: Autoconf version 2.52 or higher is required for this script make: *** [configure] Error 1 what can i do to fix that? regards, wolfgang aka ^wolf^
