Problems with keys and windows

My problem is that Alt+Tab switches windows, but doesn't raise on top of 
the others the newly focused one. In this way, I get the window I want 
focused but still have to go and click on it with the mouse to raise it...

Oh maybe I was pushing it too hard... I'm not complaining about what you 
did and do, I just wanted to point out that I working 8+ hours per day 
with the computer and need something that really feets my needs. I know I 
can chenge the window manager, but I also know I like XFCE and would like 
to stay with it. Please excuse my writing, probably i shopuld have written 
things in another way :(

Ok, I'll send it to you if you confirm that you can switch and raise 
windows with Alt+Tab...
