Problems with keys and windows

Oh yes... I have the exact same behaviour. But the problem is that I like 
to switch windows with keyboard, not the mouse. I want to switch windows 
by pewaaing Ctrl+Tab and to raise the new focused window. This is 
something I can do with Gnome, KDE and WindowMaker... can't it be done 
with Xfce???
