xfpager geometry Was: key bindings to start applications

Hmm, in my case gkrellm is "blinking" and xfce panel changes, when I'm
clicking "OK" button. And the setup dialog looks different. :) AFAIK it's
really application specific -- some may be designed to honor theme change,
others may ignore it (you have to restart them manually). Anyway, the xfce
panel setup dialog should start using new engine immediatly.

Actually, I didn't think that changing theme would help you. Sorry about
this. That was a scientific experiment. :) I was really surprised, when
changing GTK theme affected xfwm/xfpager behaviour on my machine, because
none of them is linked with GTK library. I guess the real problem is a
sort of race condition deep inside xfwm, and it will be really hard to
debug.

Another interesting thing: I noticed that earlier xfwm was unable to
restore "sticky" attribute for xmms window on my desktop machine (after
logout/login the xmms was there but it wasn't sticky). Now it remains
sticky.

You know what, maybe you should try to increase "WaitSession" parameter
in xfwmrc. Like I said, I'm not using xfpager, but I can see the same
problem with xmms on my Solaris box. Sometimes it's loosing sticky
attribute, but sometimes it doesn't. So maybe "sticky" xmms problem and
xfpager problem are connected. But that's just another crazy idea. For now
I'm sure that something is wrong with xfwm (and maybe modules too), but I
can't prove it. :(
