key bindings to start applications

To gaurantee any path gimickery hadn't failed I renamed the binary in
/usr/local/bin  after having installed the new one in ~/bin

ls -l shows them about 40bytes different
-rwxr-xr-x     264630 Aug 16 19:41 /home/reader/bin/xfpager*
-rwxr-xr-x     264590 Aug 16 08:30 /usr/local/bin/XxfpagerX*

All this extra (possibly unnecessary) info is just an effort to show
I at least have gotten the right binary in action.

With original renamed I know I'm using the altered binary, but I
still see no output.
