XFce on debian installs panel inaccessibly (and fix)

	If I remember right the panel is set to a geometry of -1 x -1 in the
xfce3rc file when it's first installed.  This will normally put it in
the middle of the screen on the bottom edge.  Sometimes a tend to
reposition the panel by accident and this is how I fix it.

	BTW, you don't need to edit the session file.  Just exit XFce and then
edit the ~/.xfce/xfce3rc file.
