Hi Jonathon,

First install wvdial per its README.
Get it running from a terminal.
Then set up gkrellm to use it.

gkrellm Configuration:
	--> Net
		--> Timer Button
			--> Enable Net Timer Button [x]
			--> Interface to link to timer button [ppp0]
			--> Start Command [wvdial &]
			--> Stop Command [skill -c wvdial]
		--> ppp0
			--> Enable ppp0 [x]
