Installing xfce4 from CVS

Hi all,

I wrote a small guide with instructions for building XFce 4 modules from
CVS. There have been a couple of questions about it to this list. Let me
know if you think there is something missing.

Note: this is only for people who are curious about how the work on XFce
4 is coming along; it's not recommended for production systems. That
said I run it all the time myself without any real problems.
