is your slocate db up to date?  it can't show up twice unless you have a
dir listed twice, or you have the file showing up twice on the box.

Not sure, but if each is not from the same exact release of gdk-pixbuf, it
could cause some kind of weird conflict.  run 'ldconfig -v' and track down
exactly where its appearing twice.
