xfce and client decorations fixed. Title bar button images?

I don't believe that XFce3 can work this way. It seems to go from
inside to out. Maybe it's something that can be done with XFce4.
BTW, I am running a very CDE-like configuration of XFce. It's
close enough that some co-workers have mistaken it for CDE on the Solaris
boxes.
