Turning on 3D buttons

  Nuts! In /etc/X11/xfce/xfwmrc, it doesn't matter whether BitmapButtons are
'Yes' or 'No':

# THIS OPTION IS OBSOLETE : REMOVE IT FROM YOUR $HOME/.XFCE/XFWMRC FILE
# You can toggle bitmap/vector buttons on the title bar here :
BitmapButtons       Yes

  They remain flat.

  What have I missed here?
