[Xfce-i18n] [L10n] Lao (lo) translation update on Transifex

Hello XFCE Translation Team,

I have been working on the Lao (lo) localization for various XFCE
components on Transifex.
I have completed and reviewed a significant portion of the translations
(Thunar, Panel, Settings, etc.).

Could you please consider pulling these updates into the source repository
for the next release?
