[Xfce-i18n] Mistakes regarding I18n in a previous commit

It should be good now. For those who had already updated their .po file (e.g. it.po I tested on), I hope you'll be able to get the old translations back, because for the most part, they are still valid for the portions of text that I put back in place by this commit: https://gitlab.xfce.org/apps/mousepad/-/commit/dccc71180e417d51190c9f641523d046bb2c3405.

If you would like me to do something to help you in this regard, please don't hesitate to ask me.
