[Xfce-i18n] "%_d" in Xfce4-panel

Hi everyone,

I wasn't sure whether a hit would be needed as all those datetime format
strings are part of a standard (also, documented on docs.xfce.org).

The leading underscore removes leading zeros, so instead of "09" you'd get
"9".
This works for e.g. hours or days.
