I will test it some time before sharing it i think is best.
I just found that the file names are not correct so have to remove
xfce-panel-plugins. and xfce-apps. from the beginning.

True but i dont know how to build Xfce its not easy.
But if someone could build an entire Xfce system and make it into an iso
file so me and other translations could test that would be nice but i
have not managed to find anyone to do that.
So this is the best i can manage so far. Xubuntu 19.04 and the latest
files from Transifex and then yes some strings might not be translated
because of the version not matching but better then nothing.
